Directions

1. Rehydrate dried Duck Flower by soaking in 1/4 cup of spring water for 1 hour. 2. Consume entire flower by chewing thoroughly and drink the water it was soaking in (the duck should start working in about an hour after consuming). 3. During the course of the detox, consume adequate amounts of spring water, and liquid with electrolytes - coconut water is ideal. you MUST rehydrate with spring water/coconut water every single time you vomit or pass faeces. 4. After the detox is complete, reintroduce simple plant based foods slowly, such as fruits (Electrolyte fruits like Melon is great) also raw veggies, or soup broth. (No solid food until the next day)
