What is Yoni Steaming?
(Also known as V-steaming/vaginal steaming)
Yoni Steaming is an ancient practice through which the warmth of a herbal steam permeates the chains and provides a gentle and effective support to feminine wellness. When dried herbs are placed in the hot water, the volatile oils that contain medicinal properties are released. A yoni steam works by applying gentle heat, as well as moisture that carries these volatile oils, to the exterior tissues of the vagina (the tissue referred to as the vulva). The warmth and moisture increases circulation to the labia, causing it to swell and expose the inner labial mucus membranes. These tissues are very porous and absorbent, and the bloodstream picks up the volatile oils that carries them into the inner reproductive system, including the uterus. The herbal steam increases circulation, thins mucus and revitalizes the entire system, allowing it to shed unnecessary membranes and build-up.

Benefits for Vaginal Steaming
Directions For Use:
1. Pour 1.5 Litres of water into a pot with lid and allow to boil for 2 mins.
2. Add 1/2 pack of Kitty Klenz Yoni Steam Herbs to the water and close lid.
3. Bring water to a soft boil for about 5-10 mins and then turn off heat.
4. Leave the lid on and allow to steep for a few more minutes.
5. Pour herbal water into the container you have prepared.
6. Remove all clothing from your lower body and ensure steam is at a temperature before sitting over it.
7. Drape a large blanket over your body to ensure no heat escapes.
8. Relax and remain seated over steaming water for approximately 25-50 mins.
9. Get in bed and relax for at least 30 mins after steaming.
